Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily equipment inspections
  • Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas
  • Follow all safety and environmental procedures when handling chemicals
Requirements
  • CDL Required (Hazmat Preferred or Willing to Obtain)
  • Experience preferred but not required (training available)
  • Ability to work flexible hours (days, nights, and occasional weekends)
  • Must be able to work independently and make decisions in the field
  • Strong safety mindset when handling hazardous materials

This role is critical to keeping frac operations moving and requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Operate pump down units to convey wireline tools into the wellbore
  • Assist with toe prep operations prior to frac
  • Monitor pressures, rates, and well conditions during pump down
  • Communicate with wireline and frac crews to maintain smooth operations
  • Assist with rig up and rig down of pump down equipment
  • Perform equipment inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure all operations are conducted safely and efficiently
Requirements
  • CDL Required
  • Oilfield experience preferred (frac, wireline, or pump down)
  • Ability to work long, irregular hours (day/night shifts)
  • Strong communication skills (you’ll be tied in with multiple crews)
  • Ability to stay focused in high-pressure situations
  • Solid understanding of safety procedures and wellsite hazards
Work Schedule
  • Follows the frac schedule (2 on 1 off operations)
  • Rotational schedule depending on crew assignment
  • Expect long hours when jobs are active
